So, it has been almost a month since I posted and there is so much to say I don't even know where to begin! Oliver is now 7 and 1/2 months old and is healthy as can be:-) He is now able to sit up on his bottom from his belly, (but only when he REALLY wants to..... he prefers Mama to come and lift him up to sitting), he is creeping very well and can manage to cross the entire floor to recover a toy or sock. He is not quite crawling, but he is able to get to his hands and knees and go backwards in a lobster-like way. Pulling up is one of his favorite things to do, but he can only pull up when holding on to Mommy or Daddy's fingers. (We may help a little;-) His favorite foods right now consist of carrots, bananas, pears, and sweet potatoes. He will eat just about anything, but he is especially excited when he gets any of the foods listed above. Mama also puts cinnamon in just about everything and Ollie really seems to like that as well. Oliver has started babbling (finally! For anyone who has met Ollie you know he is a very quiet and observant baby) and strings together Da-da-da-da-da and Ga-ga-ga-ga. He has yet to say Ma-ma, but I'm pushing it on him everyday:-) No teeth so far for the little man, but he drools and chews on everything in sight, so I am expecting his first one any day now.
