Time Warner = EVIL

I would encourage all who read this to never do business with Time Warner (TW) or its affiliates. If you have any ties to this company, I would highly recommend you sever them before something similar happens to you.

Today, I had yet another terrible experience with TW. Simply put, I attempted to rectify a problem with their services and was blatently denied. They would not even attempt to correct or rectify the situation which cost me a good sum of money (although mere pocket lint for such a huge conglomerate as TW). For your reading pleasure (or sympathy) I have included the email I sent to "them" after I got off the phone with the "customer service" rep who, at the end of the call, had the audacity to tell me to "have a nice day." (I just laughed at said rep and hung up...) Here's the email in all its raw, uncut glory:

"I would like to submit a formal complaint. I have had a great deal of trouble with our internet bill and your policies over that past several months. First, my internet was disconnected when I did not want it to be disconnected. Then, when I tried to disconnect my service I was apparently unable. However, as I thought the service was disconnected, I have not been using the internet for which I was being billed for the last two months. However, this was not the worst part. What really upset me is that when I called to correct the problem, no one was willing to work with me, meet me half way, or even slightly budge to help me.
I am currently deployed to the middle east and my wife moved to Montana after we supposedly "didn't disconnect" our internet in January. We have no way of correcting our issue or problem as we no longer even live in South Carolina.
Overall, I was very disappointed with customer service, support, and price and quality of service. This has truly been the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had with a company providing a service to its customers, especially when the service was neither needed or used.
I will have nothing but negative things to say about the entire Time Warner Co from here on out and will absolutely never use any of the services of this company or any of its affiliates. If this cooperation cannot take small steps to correct customer concerns, it does not belong in the customer service industry. Especially when this company takes no care for deployed military members defending this company's freedom overseas.
Please know I am deeply dissatisfied with the way I was treated."

Tiger Woods Elliptical

So the world is a funny place.

First, Tiger Woods was not nearly the man everyone thought he was.

Second, jayne and I are on opposite sides of the world.

Third, the three of us (Tiger, jayne and I) had our lives inseperably connected today. How? Woods finally admitted his wrongdoings and came clean, mostly. And while he did that, jayne and I were both watching. Even more notably, jayne and I were both watching WHILE WORKING OUT ON AN ELLIPTICAL!!!

How cool is that? All the stars aligned and a coincidence of epic proportions ensued. I just thought you all may enjoy that little tidbit.

Ollie Updates

So, I apologize for not taking more time on my blog these days, but with going back to school, taking 19 credits, watching Oliver when he is not in daycare and having Seth be gone, I don't really have that much spare time...:-) Here are just a few pictures of Oliver over the past month to show y'all how nuts he is and (needless to say) ridiculously good looking he is.

Here we have Ollie wearing his "cover". He looks like Seth when he is wearing his Blues. Little do you know from this picture though that Ollie likes to take said cover and, well, cover his eyes. He then proceeds to run into walls and doors and has a marvelous time!
Here my big boy is using a spoon to eat his cheerios! And yes, they have milk on them, so he is really eating a bowl of cereal!!! I am so proud!!!

Grandma got Oliver this phone a few weeks ago and he LOVES it!!! He always calls Daddy and tells him about his day:-)

Welp, this is what happens when I let Oliver feed himself applesauce... Very cute, but messy in the extreme:-)

Oliver telling me that he LOVES to make a mess out of his tray. As if I didn't know...
Well, that's all folks!!!

Quick Video!

So, here is just a fast post that I am putting up so that Seth can see his little man Ollie go NUTS on the pillow I sent him for Valentine's Day. Enjoy!!!
